This 18-year-old patient from Dutchess County, New York came to Dr. Blau for gynecomastia surgery (known as Male Breast Reduction). This surgery the involve excision of glandular tissue, and included a small amount of liposuction. Due to the techniques Dr. Blau uses, no incision around the areola is needed to reduce the size, as it will naturally get smaller once the excess tissue is removed. No drain was required. The New Yorker was impressed with his results and has recommended Dr. Blau to others.
