This is a 14 year-old, Pennsylvania teenager who came to Dr. Blau for corrective surgery for his Puffy Nipples, a true Gynecomastia condition where the fibrous tissue behind the nipple causes it to puff out. The gynecomastia surgery required that the head and tail of the mammary tissue be removed. No drain was needed for this patient.
