Post-Op Gynecomastia in Bodybuilders Photos: 1 Year
Before and after photos of a 23 year old bodybuilder from Hudson County, NJ, who is 6’0 and 200 lbs. The patient had been undergoing aggressive weight-training for many years and had developed Gynecomastia, a condition in which there is a formation of glandular tissue on top of the muscles in the chest causing an enlargement of the breasts. The patient felt that the appearance of his chest was hindering the advancement of his career in bodybuilding so he sought the expertise of Dr. Mordcai Blau, board certified plastic surgeon with over 20 years experience. He had learned through his bodybuilder peers that Dr. Blau is hailed throughout the world as the utmost authority in his experience and knowledge in Gynecomastia surgery and that he had developed his own surgical method for the correction of the condition called the “Natural Blend Technique.” The surgical procedure included the excision of 95% of the glandular tissue. Bodybuilders have the unique circumstances of having minimal body fat and therefore, liposuction was not required. The patient is very happy with the results and is continuing to advance his career.
