This is a 16 year old teenager from Fairfield County, CT, who is 5’10 and 140 lbs. He began to experience Gynecomastia, or enlarged male breasts during early puberty. He felt embarrassed by the appearance of his chest and withdrew from activities at school that required him to remove his shirt for fear of being teased by his peers.
