This is 16-year-old patient who is 5’ 7” and weight 130 lbs suffered from Puffy Nipples, a gynecomastia condition where the areolas protrude from the chest further than would be expected. The condition did not change even when he started lifting weights and his physique was greatly improved. This represents a mild form of gynecomastia. He and his parents traveled from Chicago, IL and upon examination, Dr. Blau found that the Breast Glandular tissue could be palpated. This case represents a true from of gynecomastia as an excision post surgery by tissue biopsy confirmed it. He had a strong family support during consultation and after the surgery. This patient and his parents were very satisfied with his results and he stopped feeling embarrassed about his condition.
