This is a 38-year-old man who is 6′′1″ 185 pounds patient from New York City was troubled by his overdeveloped chest, a condition known as Gynecomastia. The patient underwent corrective surgery to reduce the size of his chest performed by Dr. Mordcai Blau, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. The mammary tissue was excised. As you can see in the after pictures, the incision is hidden in an inconspicuous area and will not show, even without a shirt on. The patient was extremely pleased with the results and has happily referred other patients to Dr. Blau.
