About this Asymmetrical/Unilateral Gynecomastia Male Breast Reduction Surgery: This patient, a 22 year old male, 6’ 2” tall and 190 pounds, came to our office from San Antonio, Texas for treatment of non-symmetric gynecomastia. The patient’s right breast was much larger than the left breast. The difference of the nipple-areola complex can also be noticed in the pre-op photos.
The gynecomastia condition started in adolescence and remained the same for the past 10 years.
In the post-op gynecomastia photos of the pathology specimen, the significant difference in the gland tissue size can be observed. The right one is twice as large.
The before and after gynecomastia pictures show that the gynecomastia surgery greatly improved the patient’s chest. The patient is very happy to have a flat masculine chest.
