This is a 35 year old male from Hartford, CT who had developed Asymmetrical Gynecomastia. Due to an abnormal formation of glandular tissue underneath his right breast, it became enlarged and noticeably bigger than the other breast. The patient felt very uncomfortable with the appearance of his chest and did not like to remove his shirt in public places such as the public pool and local gym for fear of unwanted attention.
