Before and Post-Op Gynecomastia Photos of an 21 year-old Keyport, New Jersey bodybuilder. This young man developed Gynecomastia after he started to weight train when he was in his teenage years. He had less than 9 percent body fat, however his glandular tissue underneath the breast has pushed out and made his chest less masculine and he was looking to flatten his chest for competition. Dr. Blau performed a procedure that involved excising nearly all of the head and tail of the mammary tissue from the chest area, no liposuction was needed, as there was no fatty tissue. In the before & after gynecomastia (Male Breast Reduction) photos, you can clearly see that the incision is not noticeable and will not show even in competition.
