Before and after photos of a 23 year-old Lyndhurst, New Jersey Patient who had corrective surgery for Pseudogynecomastia. This is a condition known as enlarged or over-developed male breasts and it is comprised primarily of fatty tissue rather than overdeveloped glandular tissue. In this patient’s case, he had been troubled by this condition as a teenager. The New Jersey patient had lost weight and started to exercise, but the condition did not go away on its own. The Pseudogynecomastia surgery required that the excess fatty tissue in the mammary area be removed, also known as liposuction of the chest. No drain was needed for this patient.
