This is a 24-year-old patient who is 6′1 and weighs 225 pounds, from Middlesex County, New Jersey who suffered from Pseudogynecomastia since his teenage years. This is a condition in which the breasts become enlarged due to a build of of primarily adipose tissue rather than glandular tissue, as in true Gynecomastia. He became frustrated that he was unable to reduce the enlargement which brought him to Dr. Mordcai Blau, board certified plastic surgeon with over 20 years experience.
