Before and after photos of a 46 year old patient from Long Island, New York, who is is 6’2 and weighs 190 lbs. He had developed Pseudogynecomastia, a condition in which the breasts become enlarged due to the build up of primarily fatty tissue beneath the breasts, as apposed to glandular tissue, as in true Gynecomastia. The patient became frustrated that he was unable to reduce the condition on his own, so he sought the expertise of Dr. Mordcai Blau, board certified plastic surgeon and a diplomate of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
