This is a 25-year-old 6′3, 285 pounds patient from Richmond County, Staten Island New York who had been suffering from Puffy Nipples, a form of Gynecomastia in which there is a formation of glandular tissue located beneath the areola resulting in the puffy appearance of the nipples.
