This 26 year old, 5’11, 145lb patient from Boston, MA suffered from a condition that caused his nipples to be swollen in appearance. Puffy Nipples, or Gynecomastia, occur when there is excess tissue underneath the breast, pushing out the areola and causing puffiness.
